NO Rebound Pocket Sticks: Beginning late in 1998, I was developing the lightest possible goalie stringing method with minimal throwing strings and a narrow pocket for best throwing. Quite by accident and after much experimentation, a stinging structure developed that throws great. Surprise of surprises it also gives up very few rebounds (the ball is channeled into the deep narrow pocket). After about 5 versions this NO REBOUND stringing method used with some wetting and drying techniques produces a great throwing stick right out of the box. AND, MINIMUM REBOUNDS. Rebounds can result from a bad grip, punching out when making the save or from a bad stick. This pocket gives you the best stick for minimizing rebounds. New in 2001 is our sixth version of the No Rebound Pocket. This creation has a deeper pocket while still retaining the no rebound characteristics of previous versions. The deeper pocket version gives a better feel while cradling and helps a bit more help in making saves on very high speed shots.

You can get this pocket two different ways: We string your stick or you can buy a head already strung. Read below.

Goalieman Strings Your Stick - We charge $50 for this stringing plus shipping (nominally, you ship me a head and stiff mesh goalie stringing kit and I string it and ship it back to you). Shipping is $5. Total cost to you is $55. Some people drop ship the head and kit from Bacharach Raison, LaxWorld or Queen City directly to me and then sent me a check ($55). By the time the check is received here, I usually have the stick done (takes 2-3 days for stringing, stretching and drying) and it's on its way back to you.
