The event is a barbecue and auction to raise funds to benefit youth sports organizations. Tickets are $75, which includes the meal and two beverages. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. will the barbecue meals served beginning at 6 p.m. The live auction begins at 8 p.m.

Portland television and radio sports personality Colin Cowherd will be the master of ceremonies. Present and former major league baseball players scheduled to attend include Tom Lampkin, Richie Sexson, John Jaha, Brian Hunter, Alan Embree, Dave Henderson, Jeff Nelson and Stan Spencer. Lampkin is president of the CCYSF, a non-profit organization formed to support youth sports organizations in Clark County.
