LAX SCOUT OPENS REGISTRATION FOR THE
2004 HIGH SCHOOL LACROSSE RECRUITING REPORT
April 8, 2004
Unique lacrosse recruting and scouting
service for high school players starts registration
SCOTTSDALE, AZ - April 8, 2004 - Lax Scout (www.laxscout.com),
an organization dedicated to helping high school student-athletes
gain widespread exposure to college lacrosse coaches,
has opened registration for the 2004 High School Lacrosse
Recruiting Report. The company announced significant
expansion of its scouting services to include Arizona,
Delaware, Maryland, Massachusetts, Tennessee, Virginia
and Washington D.C.
To lead this expansion, Lax Scout has assembled an
impressive team of well-seasoned veterans with decades
of lacrosse experience as players and coaches at the
highest levels in the world. "I am extremely pleased
with Lax Scout's positive growth," commented Lax
Scout President and Founder Christopher Deutsch. "Much
of our expansion is attributable to the caliber of our
staff and the tremendous groundswell of support from
students, parents, coaches and the international lacrosse
community."
Lax Scout offers both scouted and non-scouted options
for high school freshmen, sophomore and junior boys.
Students who live in the seven states where Lax Scout
has scouting teams may sign up for one of three scouted
profiles: the Titanium, Silver or Bronze profiles. A
member of Lax Scout's professional staff will provide
a personal, in-depth analysis of the player which will
appear in the 2004 recruiting publication. Additionally,
students in the U.S. and Canada can take advantage of
Lax Scout's non-scouted options, such as the Diamond
profile, which is new in 2004. Students can learn more
about Lax Scout's services and register online at their
web site.
"I'm happy to be on board with Lax Scout because
at its core the goal is to grow the sport and help the
athlete, regardless of where he's from or what level
he wants to play at in college," added Josh White,
a member of Princeton's 2001 National Championship team
and Lax Scout's Vice President of Scouting and Operations.
"Lax Scout has the potential to catalyze the international
growth of lacrosse by unearthing hidden talent to progressive
college recruiters."
