Chris Rotelli: Getting good with his
off hand
August 8, 2003
from majorleaguelacrosse.com
Anytime you try something new, it is going to feel a little
uncomfortable at first. The only way to make it feel natural
is to practice. Only through a lot of repetition will
it improve. It is the same with any aspect of your game,
no great player was born great, they all had to work hard
to get where they are now.
The good news is that the earlier you start to work
on these new things, the better you will become.
If there is one thing that I wish I had done more of
growing up, it is work on my left hand more. Just get
on a wall and throw yourself passes, you will be surprised
at how quickly you improve.
