New Jersey's A.J. Shannon; Shooting on the run, with power

To get power and accuracy when you are shooting on the run involves rigorous practice.

A few techniques I recommend are getting your hands and arms away from your body to get more power. Also, really twist your hips when you are shooting – you will find that your lower back will begin to hurt when you are doing this technique correctly.

Now, the accuracy part is more of a repetition thing. I recommend using an overhand shot on the run because it is more accurate. When shooting overhand, twist your hips towards your target and follow through with the head of your stick. I personally like dodging and shooting on the run when I’m practicing by myself.
