Rochester's Spencer Wright-- tip on outside
shooting
July 28, 2003
from majorleaguelacrosse.com
One of the key aspects that I'm sure a lot of the great
shooters agree with, is the importance of bringing your
hands back behind you as you begin your shooting motion.
This allows you to generate big power, which equals high
speed on outside shots.
What's difficult about this is becoming comfortable
with your hands that far back, and the only way to get
better at it is to practice. Shoot, shoot, shoot! Good
luck!
